Ravenscourt Park Hospital, Hammersmith
Welcome to the website for the proposed restoration and conversion of the former Royal Masonic Hospital.
TT Group (Telereal Trillium) are the new owners of the redundant hospital site and are bringing forward proposals to bring the vacant building back into productive use.
Since acquiring the site in summer 2022, we have engaged with the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham, our nearest site neighbours and local civic and community groups to discuss how best to bring the site back into use. The feedback we have received has contributed towards the development of a scheme which was submitted to LB Hammersmith and Fulham in November 2023.
Since the submission of the application, TT has been in ongoing discussions with LBHF officers regarding the site and has been continuing to carefully consider all feedback received during the consultation period.
In August 2024, we submitted a pack of amendments to the council in response to these discussions and have continued to engage with officers since then. As a result of ongoing discussions, we submitted additional amendments to the council in February 2025. Further information about these amendments can be viewed on the proposals page.
