To keep residents informed through the construction process, we are establishing a Community Liaison Group (CLG). The CLG will provide a flexible and responsive forum where residents can ask questions, share concerns, and receive updates on construction activities, timelines, and mitigation measures. It is designed to ensure that the local community is kept informed and able to contribute to discussions throughout the construction process.
Thank you to those who registered to join the CLG. We will be in touch with further information in due course.
Following continued discussions with LBHF officers, we have submitted further amendments to the council in relation to Blocks E & F, parking arrangements and access. Further information about the proposed amendments can be found on the LBHF planning portal.
Since the submission of the application, TT has been in ongoing discussions with LBHF officers regarding the site and has been continuing to carefully consider all feedback received during the consultation period.
As a result of these discussions, we have submitted a pack of amendments to the council which can be viewed the council’s website.
Since our introductory events in autumn 2022, we have continued to engage with site neighbours and have also met with some local civic and interest groups. On February 22, 2023, we held two workshops for immediate site neighbours to share our initial design concepts for the listed building and consider options for the re-use or replacement of the redundant 1978 added on surgical block.
Please use the link below to view the presentation shared at the events.
On October 6, 2022, we held a drop-in event for immediate site neighbours to introduce members of the project team, gain an understanding of how local people interact with the site, and provide an overview of our design principles.
