Ravenscourt Park Hospital, Hammersmith
Welcome to the website for the proposed restoration and conversion of the former Royal Masonic Hospital.
TT Group (Telereal Trillium) are the new owners of the redundant hospital site and are bringing forward proposals to bring the vacant building back into productive use.
In July 2025, London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham (LBHF) planning committee resolved to grant planning approval for our proposals, subject to the completion of a S106 legal agreement.
This decision followed over three years of engagement with LBHF, our neighbours, and local community groups about the best way to bring the site back into use. The feedback received throughout this process played an important role in shaping the final plans.
The agreement is close to completion and TT Group are preparing to begin early works to ready the site and buildings. No fixed start date has been set for these works. However, TT Group is working with specialist contractors and LBHF officers to discharge the necessary planning conditions. Initial works are expected to begin in spring 2026 and will last approximately 10–12 months, followed by the main construction phase.
To keep residents informed through the works period, we are establishing a Community Liaison Group (CLG). The CLG will provide a flexible and responsive forum where residents can ask questions, share concerns, and receive updates on construction activities, timelines, and mitigation measures. It is designed to ensure that the local community is kept informed and able to contribute to discussions throughout the construction process.
